The Role:
The successful candidate will play a key role within the Personal Lines team, with a primary focus on managing existing policy renewals, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and renew personal lines insurance policies, ensuring retention and accuracy throughout the renewal process
Provide expert advice tailored to each client's insurance needs, identifying appropriate products and coverage options
Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service, promptly addressing queries and resolving issues
Maintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication and service delivery
Support team and business goals by contributing to renewal and new business targets
Remain up-to-date with market trends, pricing, product developments, and competitor activity
Ensure all activity complies with regulatory standards and internal procedures
Collaborate with internal teams to share market feedback and promote efficiency
Attend client meetings or training sessions as required
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years' experience in a similar insurance role
Motor & Home experience
Qualified to APA Personal Lines level (or grandfathered equivalent) with up-to-date CPD
Strong knowledge of personal lines products and the Irish insurance market
Experience managing renewals and client portfolios with a customer-centric approach
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while also contributing to team objectives
