Junior Sales Representative
Spectrum Logistics is seeking a motivated, customer-centric Junior Sales Representative to support our revenue growth and expand our print, logistics, and kitting service offerings. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow their sales career in a dynamic and diverse environment while contributing to the success of a fast-growing organisation.
Core Responsibilities
· Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective outreach and customer engagement.
· Build, develop, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads to support ongoing business expansion.
· Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure sales efforts align with company objectives and client needs.
· Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, promote repeat business, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
· Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, networking, and social media outreach.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities within the CRM system.
· Negotiate pricing and service level agreements in line with company guidelines.
· Conduct market research to identify new prospects, industries, and opportunities.
· Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate print, logistics, and fulfilment solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· 2–5 years' proven experience as a Sales Representative with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and collaborative team player.
· Familiarity with ERP or order management systems (e.g., SAP) and sales CRM systems.
· Strong desire to grow, learn, and develop within a sales environment.
· Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
· Experience in print, fulfilment, or related industries is a strong advantage.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
· Experience preparing proposals, presentations, and tender responses.
· Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
