Product Support Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Support Specialist to join our team. As a Product Support Specialist, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving technical issues with our medical device equipment.
Main Responsibilities
* Investigate and resolve field complaints in a timely manner
* Generate systematic plans to assist in troubleshooting and problem resolution of instruments
* Travel to customer sites to resolve hardware/software and workflow escalations
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Degree in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, System, Electrical, Biomedical Engineering or Software or similar)
* Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience
* Appreciation for regulations in the medical device industry
Requirements:
1. A strong understanding of complex Medical Device equipment and software/hardware problem solving
2. The ability to apply IT, electrical, mechanical, fluidic, and system engineering principles
3. Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills
4. Self-directing, goal-oriented with a customer-first approach
