The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity is now available for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join the Dublin team. This is a permanent position offering involvement in a broad range of project sectors including commercial, residential, healthcare, hospitality, cultural, and mixed-use developments.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as Lead Engineer on small to medium-scale projects, and provide support on larger multidisciplinary projects
* Work closely with Directors and senior team members on project planning, budgeting, and reporting
* Develop project scope in collaboration with clients and design teams
* Take part in internal project reviews and ensure quality delivery from concept through to handover
* Provide technical mentoring and support to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and development
Candidate Requirements
* Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in electrical design within a consultancy environment
* Strong technical knowledge of electrical building systems and design software
* Chartered or working towards Chartered/Associate Engineer status
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Passion for mentoring and team development
