Architectural Leadership Role
The company is seeking a senior-level architect to lead architectural projects from initial concept through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design integrity and project success.
Key responsibilities include leading architectural projects from start to finish, preparing planning applications, tender packages, and detailed construction drawings. Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and team coordination are also essential tasks for this role.
A strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence across residential sectors is required. Proficiency in Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Suite; Revit experience is a plus. Excellent communication leadership skills are necessary for the position's successful outcome.
Candidate Requirements:
* RIAI-registered Architect with 8+ years of post-qualification experience
A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality are key aspects of the ideal candidate. This individual must be proficient in relevant software tools including Auto CAD Sketch Up Adobe Suite; Revit experience being beneficial but not obligatory as there may be opportunities available for further training or certification within our organization.
