# Recruitment Coordinator (Homecare)Ardee, County Louth Administration FulltimeApply NowComfort Keepers are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Recruitment team and play a pivotal role in building our workforce and achieving our vision.As a Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll collaborate with the recruitment team to oversee the entire recruitment process, ensure compliance with internal policies and HSE requirements, and help implement our strategic vision. You’ll bring strong organisational skills, accountability, and a passion for excellence to lead process improvements and support our mission of continually providing top-tier homecare services in Ireland.**Key Responsibilities:*** Be the first point of contact to all new candidates.* Take ownership of the carer recruitment process for designated offices, ensuring timely and high-quality hires.* Monitor and report on KPIs, and drive improvements in recruitment efficiency.* Optimise recruitment workflows to minimize time-to-hire while maintaining compliance with HSE tender requirements and internal policies.* Assist in reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding processes.* Oversee compliance in training, Garda clearance, reference checks, and contract adherence.* Support new hire orientations and maintain training records to ensure all team members are set up for success.**What You Bring*** We’re looking for a proactive individual who is passionate about people, process, and performance* Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.* Empowered to take responsibility and accountability for your work.* Strategic thinking and strong analytical abilities.* Resilient under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.* A team player who thrives on initiative.**Experience:*** Previous experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in the home care sector.* Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and HR administrative software.* Proven ability to meet KPIs and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.* Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee legislation, and ATS systems.**What will you receive?...*** Competitive Salary –Reflective of your experience.* Work/Life Balance - 37.5 hours/week* Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm* Comprehensive Benefits Package – Including discounted healthcare, Birthday Off, Annual Leave increased with tenure, Employee Assistance Programme and more.* Ongoing Training & Development – Access to continuous professional growth opportunities.## Apply for this jobSimply fill out the form below and we will contact you.**Please note:** We are currently only accepting applications from candidates who **reside in Ireland** and have the **legal right to work in Ireland**.
