About the Role
* Create and execute operational strategies that align with group objectives.
* Lead and develop local management and laboratory teams to achieve high-performance working cultures.
* Maintain strong cost control and operational discipline while achieving financial targets.
* Oversee operational processes from sample receipt through to reporting and invoicing.
* E nsure all laboratory operations meet regulatory, quality, accreditation requirements including ISO 17025 standards
