Position: Outbound Business Development Representative (oBDR)
Your Role:
1. Identify Potential Clients: Discover businesses that can benefit from advanced marketing automation solutions.
2. Collaborate with Account Executives: Work with experienced professionals to develop and execute effective prospecting strategies.
3. Craft Engaging Messages: Create, test, and refine messages tailored to different channels, industries, and personas.
4. Share Knowledge: Improve the outbound process by sharing successful strategies and supporting your team.
5. Demonstrate Commitment: Focus on achieving goals and exceeding expectations.
About You:
6. Experience: 1+ years in an inbound or outbound BDR role, preferably in a marketing technology company.
7. Language Skills: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
8. Motivated: Driven to exceed targets and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
9. Energetic & Self-Aware: Thoughtful, engaging, and eager to learn.
10. Detail-Oriented: A proactive self-starter with a relentless drive for results.
