The Role
* As Senior Compliance Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Compliance and management to enhance the Regulatory Compliance programme for Ireland and the EEA, overseeing the compliance framework and managing interactions with the Central Bank of Ireland.
* This role is classified as a Control Function under the CBI’s Fitness and Probity regime, requiring meeting specific fitness and probity standards, and undergoing thorough background checks.
What You Will Do
* Support advising senior stakeholders on regulatory compliance matters.
* Manage regulatory interactions, responses, and inspections.
* Interpret regulatory developments and advise on their impact.
* Implement and manage the compliance framework.
* Design and execute compliance monitoring and testing programs.
* Provide regulatory advice to support compliant, customer-centric decision-making.
* Develop and maintain compliance policies aligned with regulatory expectations.
What Will You Bring
* Proven experience in a similar role within Irish financial institutions, preferably in e-money or payments, with relevant qualifications.
* Extensive regulatory compliance experience, especially with Irish and EEA standards.
* Expertise in developing compliance programs, monitoring, and guiding teams.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced fintech environment with high responsibility and attention to detail.
* Proactive, fair-minded, and vigilant with strong assessment skills.
