Job Summary
You will lead global maintenance and asset management programs, developing strategies for maintenance, asset replacement, and inventory management, ensuring risk mitigation and cost efficiency. You will collaborate with stakeholders to implement best practices and optimize facility and equipment management, reporting to the Sr. Director, Engineering, Capital Planning & Asset Management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Optimize engineering and facility assets through lifecycle and maintenance programs, establishing governance processes.
* Lead global strategies for maintenance, calibration, reliability, safety, and risk engineering, including asset replacement and extension.
* Manage maintenance documentation, SOPs, and best practices in line with GMP standards.
* Monitor and communicate success metrics to stakeholders.
* Drive maintenance budget processes and implement reliability engineering principles to increase uptime and process capability.
* Lead SAP PM projects and support technological advancements in maintenance systems.
* Manage and motivate a team, providing technical training and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
* Prepare and ensure accuracy of reports.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field; Master’s preferred.
* Minimum 10 years’ experience in maintenance and engineering, with at least 5 years in global team management.
* Proven leadership, project management, and communication skills.
* Knowledge of regulatory standards (e.g., 21CFR, GMP, OSHA).

* Ability to analyze data and learn new skills.
Travel and Physical Requirements
Travel up to 20%, primarily within the region. Sedentary work with occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs.
