Erris Coast Hotel is seeking an experienced, hands-on Operations Manager with a strong Food & Beverage background to join our management team.This is a key leadership role, overseeing the day-to-day running of the hotel with particular responsibility for our restaurant, main bar, weddings, events, and accommodation, ensuring consistently high standards across the entire guest experience.The RoleWorking closely with the hotel director and department heads, the Operations Manager will play a vital role in the smooth operation of the hotel.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily hotel operations including Food & Beverage and accommodationManage and support the restaurant and main bar operationsLead, motivate, and develop front-of-house and F&B teamEnsure excellent service standards and guest satisfactionOversee weddings, functions, and events from setup through service deliveryManage staffing levels, rotas, and labour controlMonitor stock control, ordering, margins, and wastageEnsure compliance with HACCP, health & safety, and licensing regulationsHandle guest feedback and operational issues professionallySupport training, onboarding, and performance managementAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost controlThe Ideal CandidateProven experience in an Operations Manager or senior F&B role within a hotel or high-volume hospitality environmentStrong knowledge of restaurant and bar operationsExperience overseeing accommodation operations is an advantageExperience with weddings and events is a strong advantageConfident, approachable leader with excellent people management skillsHands-on, organised, and solutions-focusedFlexible to work evenings, weekends, and peak periodsWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryOn-site accommodation availableSupportive and close-knit management teamOpportunity to play a key role in a well-established coastal hotelCareer progression opportunitiesStaff meals and additional benefitsJob Type: Full-timePay: €40,000.00-€50,000.00 per yearExperience:hospitality management: 5 years (required)Work authorisation:Ireland (required)Work Location: In person
