Senior Full Stack Developer - Recruitroo (Dublin)

The Role Senior full stack developer (4-8 years experience) to own complete feature development in our Dublin office (2 days) + remote (3 days). You'll architect and ship features that directly drive revenue growth.

Technical Challenges You'll Solve
* Immigration workflow engine: Complex state machines handling 6-month visa processes across different countries
* Document processing pipeline: AI-powered document validation and government API integrations
* Multi-tenant architecture: White-label solutions for enterprise clients
* Real-time matching algorithms: Connecting candidates with opportunities using ML scoring
* Compliance automation: Ensuring legal requirements across multiple jurisdictions
* High-volume data processing: Analytics on recruitment patterns and success metrics
Our Stack
* Frontend: TypeScript, Angular 16+, NgRx for state management
* Database: MySQL with complex relational schemas, Redis for caching
What We Need
* 4-8 years full stack experience with proven feature ownership
* Startup/scaleup experience - you've shipped features in 2-50 person companies
* Strong TypeScript/Angular + Node.js - you can architect scalable solutions
* Product thinking - you understand user needs and business metrics
* Eligible to work in Ireland
