Audi Naas is currently welcoming applications for the role of Trainee Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team in Naas. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong customer service and communication skills who is eager to develop their career with one of Ireland's premier motor retailers.
The successful candidate will receive in-depth training in all aspects of the service process and will become an integral part of our Aftersales Team. This is a demanding role, requiring a team-oriented, customer-focused, and process-driven individual.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide customers with systematic, professional support throughout all stages of the service process to enhance satisfaction and build long-term loyalty.
* Commit to achieving targets and goals set by the Service Management Team.
* Ensure the service department delivers exceptional customer experiences.
* Handle customer service and repair enquiries efficiently and courteously, both by phone and at service reception.
* Manage workshop availability and service bookings to maximise efficiency.
* Manage customer appointments, including follow-ups where required.
* Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and retention, with a strong focus on First-Time Fix.
* Maintain a positive and professional approach that encourages exceptional customer service.
* Achieve consistently high standards and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Person Specification:
* Experience in a customer service environment, demonstrating a strong commitment to exceptional service.
* Prior experience in a similar role within the Motor Industry would be a distinct advantage.
* A strong desire to succeed in a busy and demanding environment.
* Proven work ethic with excellent organisational skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
* Warm, friendly personality with a professional and corporate image, both in person and over the phone.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A disciplined approach to following structured processes from start to finish.
