We are recruiting a full-time Van Sales Business Developer for an initial 6-month campaignsupporting an established FMCG bakery brand in the Irish market.
This is a field-based, hands-on sales role covering Dublin, combining route-based van sales with structured order placement across Convenience and Multiples.
The candidate needs to be based in Dublin You will manage a defined Dublin territory, service existing retail customers while driving distribution, visibility and sales growth.
The role suits someone hungry, energetic and eager to build a career in sales.
Benefits: Bonus: €2,475 Lunch allowance €10 per day Company van + fuel card Company phone 22 days annual leave per annum Key Responsibilities Operate a van sales route across Dublin Place orders using Shoplink for Convenience accounts Manage and grow SuperValu and independent retail customers Drive volume growth, range expansion and shelf visibility Merchandise products, rotate stock and ensure strong presentation Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers Identify and secure new business opportunities within territory Complete accurate daily reporting and follow journey plans Plan and manage territory efficiently to maximise results Role requirements 1 year sales, FMCG or merchandising experience Full manual driving licence Target-driven, organised and confident dealing with retailers Strong interpersonal skills Ability to use own initiative to identify, pursue and secure opportunities.
