About the Role
We’re seeking a Customer Success Manager with 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role to join our growing team in Tralee. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, problem-solving, and delivering excellent client experiences. As part of our Customer Success team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients get the most value from ViClarity’s platform. You’ll work closely with experienced team members and other internal departments to drive retention, satisfaction, and long-term partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, supporting their ongoing success.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement.
* Coordinate activities and collaborate with internal teams (Support, Technical, PMO) to deliver successful client outcomes.
* Identify and address client questions or issues, providing clear and honest solutions.
* Support the wider Customer Success team with onboarding, renewals, and day-to-day account management.
* Proactively communicate value, helping clients maximize their investment in ViClarity.
Qualifications/Experience
* 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Service within a B2B or SaaS environment.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce, or similar).
Required Skills
* Strong presentation and phone communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills — both written and verbal.
* Comfortable engaging with clients at multiple levels of an organization.
* Good understanding of business processes and supporting technologies.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Who you will be working with
You’ll report to our Senior Customer Success Lead for Europe and collaborate with experienced Customer Success Managers to learn the ins and outs of the ViClarity platform. Our clients span multiple sectors - financial services, healthcare, education, local authority, and more - giving you a broad and meaningful exposure to real-world compliance challenges. This is a people-centric role, and you’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative team that values learning, growth, and shared success.
