Overview
Senior Software Engineer (Golang) - AI Infrastructure Start-Up — We’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer to design and deliver core AI infrastructure, including GPU orchestration, inference services, and platform APIs. You’ll be a hands-on technical leader, shaping architecture, driving engineering standards, and solving complex distributed systems challenges. This is a fully remote role with a well-funded start-up poised to grow over the next 12 months.
Responsibilities
Build high-performance backend services in Go
Design secure gRPC / REST APIs
Work on Kubernetes-based distributed systems at scale
Influence architecture and technical direction
Collaborate closely with infrastructure and ML teams
Champion code quality, performance, and reliability
Qualifications
Strong experience with Golang and cloud-native systems
Production experience with distributed systems and APIs
Solid Kubernetes knowledge
Experience with PostgreSQL or similar
Ownership mindset and a bias for high-quality delivery
