Founded by a team with extensive travel tech experience, we’ve already partnered with +25 global brands including SAS, Lufthansa, Accor Hotels, and FREENOW, and we’re committed to rewriting the rules of ancillary distribution.
We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starting, Technical Project Manager to join our team on a Maternity Cover contract from early August 2025. You will
* Be the driving force in aligning cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact travel-tech projects across Meili’s platform.
* Coordinate from definition to deployment, ensuring product and engineering efforts are integrated, on track, and moving at pace.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
* Driving cross-functional delivery from roadmap planning to go-live, ensuring initiatives stay aligned to goals and timelines.
* Translating product and commercial requirements into clearly scoped, technical delivery plans.
* Managing sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives across multiple workstreams.
* Proactively identifying risks, blockers, and dependencies — and resolving them fast.
* Acting as a connector between engineering, product, and commercial teams.
* Championing clarity, transparency, and accountability in all stages of delivery.
* Qupporting QA and release management, ensuring high quality and consistent deployment practices.
About You
* 4+ years' experience in project or delivery management roles in a software development environment.
* Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, balancing short-term needs with long-term vision.
* Hands-on experience with Agile delivery practices and tools like Jira and Confluence.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience supporting or leading technical teams, with an interest in people development, collaboration, and team dynamics.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Background in software engineering or product management.
* Experience with distributed systems, travel tech, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and QA best practices.
* Technical literacy - you can hold your own in conversations about architecture, APIs, and platform capabilities.
