Role: Customs Assistant
Location: Naas, Kildare
Hours: Mon – Fri 0900 – 1730 – Saturday mornings needed (flexi time in lieu)
Responsibilities
Liaising with customers to gather correct info for customs purposes
Producing costings and quotations
Liaising with Revenue and ensuring we are compliant with regulations
Receiving and processing Import documentation
Import Customs Clearances
Export customs declarations
Manage / monitor entries until completion
About you
Previous experience working within a freight forwarding environment with some exposure to dealing with NON EU countries
Enjoy working in a target-driven team environment
Be self-motivated with drive and initiative
Be proficient in current software options - Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Good verbal, written communication and listening skills
