Senior Finance Analyst – Kildare
Job Overview: Keurig Dr. Pepper is looking for a hands‑on, experienced Senior Financial Analyst for its local Finance team based in Newbridge. Responsibilities
Understand key cost drivers to provide accurate budgets and forecasts.
Track and monitor YTD financial performance by analyzing actual results and comparing to budget or forecast, providing variance analysis and business insights to stakeholders.
Perform deep‑dive analysis on root cause of issues and make recommendations on resolution.
Provide recommended accruals to our Controllership Team as part of month‑end close.
Assist with updating the monthly forecast for Ireland.
Provide a quarterly FY forecast model to the Tax Department whilst collaborating with CORP FP&A.
Review income statement and balance sheet; identify trends and provide commentary; investigate key findings as needed.
Assist with grant submissions as needed, gathering all relevant supporting information; work closely with auditors to audit grant claims as required.
Assist with other ad‑hoc projects as needed.
Stay informed of evolving technology within the industry to proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities and minimize risk.
Develop and leverage relationships with local Tax, Legal, R&D and Controllership Teams; work closely with CORP FP&A Team.
Provide meaningful insight and recommendations to management.
Be a trusted advisor and knowledgeable member of local Finance, providing support to find common ground solutions that satisfy the needs of multiple stakeholders.
Identify and lead continuous improvement activities.
Articulate actionable data‑driven insights by leveraging BI tools and storytelling techniques.
Use business intelligence tools and data analytics to influence others and drive decision making.
Formulate innovative ideas and map steps which will clearly accelerate the organization towards its goals.
Participate in function or career development training and develop new skills essential to the future of our Finance team.

Requirements
BS/BA degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
Part‑qualified accountant (preferably).
Financial acumen, demonstrated experience problem solving with analytical thinking, and history of business partnership.
5+ years’ Finance experience, preferably performing a financial planning and analysis role.
SAP experience preferred; strong Excel skills required.
BI experience (Power BI, Planning Analytics or MicroStrategy, etc.).
