IT Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team as an IT Support Specialist. This is a full-time position that will involve supporting our helpdesk ticket system and monitoring cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing technical support to staff and clients via phone, email, and in-person
* Monitoring and resolving issues with computer systems and networks
* Implementing and maintaining policies and procedures for IT services
* Collaborating with the IT team to ensure seamless delivery of IT services
Requirements:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Good planning and organisational skills with excellent time management
* A minimum of one year's experience in a similar position
