Customer Experience Manager Job Description

The Customer Experience Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business success by owning the overall performance and running of their store. They motivate and consistently deliver targets, fostering an environment of collaboration, inclusivity, and empowerment.

This key role is responsible for leading teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences in store. The ideal candidate will embody a culture of continuous improvement, coach the best customer experience, and pioneer a connected life that enhances customers' lives.


Key Responsibilities:

* Drive sales growth through coaching and supporting team members.
* Embody a better connect life by engaging with customers and telling a story about our product range.
* Maintain expert-level knowledge of all products in the range and stay current with product research and FAQs.

The successful candidate will thrive on targets and goals, pushing themselves and their team to exceed expectations. Passionate and obsessed about delivering outstanding customer experiences, they will work collaboratively with teams to support, motivate, and encourage each other for continuous improvement and achieving goals.


Requirements:

* Strong retail management experience with a proven track record of achieving targets and goals.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
* Experience managing inventory and controlling budgets, demonstrating sound financial management and delivery.
