About Your New Job
As the Site Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day running of site operations for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
You will coordinate and manage site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project deadlines and milestones.
You will supervise civil engineering and groundworks contractors while maintaining high standards of quality control across all site activities.
You will manage labour timesheets, supplier records, and HSQE documentation.
You will promote and ensure strict compliance with all health and safety regulations.
What Skills You Need
Previous experience in a Site Supervisor role.
Proven background in water infrastructure or heavy civils projects.
Relevant and up-to-date training certifications.
Strong organisational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
