Role Overview:
We are seeking a confident and self-motivated Brand & Events Executive to represent our company on the road and in-person. This unique role blends event coordination, public engagement, light technical setup, and creative content generation. You'll be responsible for managing a branded display van, attending trade events and community activations, and promoting our products face-to-face with customers and industry stakeholders across Ireland.
This is a highly visible role suited to someone with excellent people skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to combine logistics with marketing storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
Mobile Display & Product Demonstrations (40%)
* Operate and manage a branded display van, including setup at trade shows, retail parks, customer events, and roadshows.
* Confidently explain and demonstrate product benefits to the general public, tradespeople, and business partners.
* Ensure van is clean, well-stocked, and branded at all times.
* Liaise with the sales and technical team to stay updated on product features and updates.
* Represent the brand in a professional, engaging, and informed manner.
Event Planning & Coordination (30%)
* Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of physical and mobile marketing events.
* Book venues, coordinate logistics, and manage on-the-day event execution.
* Track attendance, gather leads, and support follow-up with the sales team.
* Maintain an event calendar and help identify new opportunities for outreach.
Content Creation & Brand Promotion (20%)
* Capture on-the-road content (photos/videos) for social media, campaigns, and internal use.
* Provide visual updates and success stories from field engagements.
* Work with the marketing team to develop short video clips or reels for digital channels.
* Ensure all content reflects brand identity and values.
Reporting & Maintenance (10%)
* Keep basic logs of mileage, inventory, and customer interactions.
* Conduct pre-event checks and light maintenance on display equipment.
* Provide event reports and feedback on customer engagement.
Requirements:
* Full clean Category B driver’s licence (manual) and confident driver with good road awareness.
* 3+ years’ experience in event marketing, brand ambassador work, sales support, or mobile promotions.
* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to explain technical or product information in simple, engaging language.
* Practical, reliable, and well-organised with an ability to work independently.
* Experience in using phones/cameras to capture live content (photo/video).
* Comfortable working weekends and early mornings when required (event-based schedule).
* Basic IT skills and familiarity with social media platforms.
Desirable (Not Essential):
* Experience in the renewable energy, solar, hardware, or building materials sectors.
* Ability to use basic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Express).
* Manual handling or van loading/unloading experience.
* Trade show or exhibition background.
