Your New Role

As an experienced HR Business Partner, you will develop strong relationships with our team, providing advice, coaching, and support to managers and employees at various levels.

You will own and implement an HR strategy that drives employee engagement and retention, supporting the delivery of our overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

* Developing strong relationships with the team and providing advice, coaching, and support to managers and employees at various levels.

* Ownership and implementation of an HR strategy that drives employee engagement and retention and supports the delivery of the overall business strategy.

* Advising and coaching managers on HR and employment-related policies and best practice and identifying opportunities for improvement.

* Working closely with site leaders to support formal employee relations issues and processes.
">
* Providing recruiting support during requisition creation, applicant screening, interviews, offer creation, and new hire onboarding.

* Managing and maintaining HR functionality in the employee HRIS system.
">
* Identifying improvement opportunities across the employee lifecycle and actively contributing to the continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures.

* Supporting workforce planning processes, including talent and succession planning, and associated development activity.
">
* Partnering with corporate HR to facilitate annual performance reviews and manage merit increase processes.
">
* Building partnerships with training institutions to establish training and development programs.
">
* Participating in projects with a global impact or representing HR or their business unit.
