Job Description:
A full-time permanent position is available for a qualified accountant with 3 years + practice experience.
This role involves working closely with company partners, tax manager, and administration departments to deliver a client-centered service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, tax returns, and management accounts for a diverse client portfolio.
* Strategic Financial Advice: Provide expert financial advice to clients, helping them optimize their financial performance.
* Compliance and Statutory Returns: Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and liaise with tax authorities as necessary.
* Accounting Software Utilization: Utilize accounting software to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
* Mentorship and Staff Supervision: Mentor and supervise junior staff, fostering their professional growth and development.
* Industry Knowledge and Best Practices: Stay informed on changes in accounting standards, tax legislation, and industry best practices.
* Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service and support.
Requirements:
* Third-level degree
* CPA/ACCA/ACA accounting qualification
* Experience in a practice environment
