Owning features beginning to end from design documents and reviews to acceptance testing and deployment, you'll work across teams to lead feature development that spans several microservices. With a focus on delivering long-term solutions, you'll review code and provide feedback relative to best practices, improve readability, and anticipate issues.
Troubleshooting production support issues post-deployment and coming up with solutions as required, you'll apply processes appropriately for data security, traceability, and information sharing. A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related work experience is essential, along with excellent programming skills in Java, with Python being useful.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in Software Engineering is required, working experience with REST API back-end services and expertise in object-oriented programming and design is essential. Proactive, self-driven, and possessing a growth mindset, you'll be able to learn and pick up new technologies quickly. Effective communication skills are necessary.
