Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to lead the development of a cutting-edge marketing core reporting and insights framework. This framework will be our Single Source of Truth (SSOT). As co-lead, you will collaborate closely with the team to design and implement a unified dataset, interactive dashboards, and standardized scorecards for Global Field Marketing leadership.
About the Team
This role reports to the Director of Global Marketing Analytics & Strategy and works in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver data-driven alignment across global marketing operations.
Key Focus Areas
* Co-lead and shape the strategy, scope, and rollout of the SSOT framework.
* Own core aspects of the project, working hands-on with data integration, dashboard creation, and stakeholder alignment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 46+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related data-focused role, emphasizing data visualization, reporting, and collaboration.
* Expert-level Tableau skills: dashboard development, automation, and advanced visualizations.
* Strong SQL capabilities: extraction, transformation (dbt), complex queries especially in Snowflake or equivalent.
* Hands-on experience with data consolidation and integration across multiple systems.
* Solid grasp of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and project management fundamentals.
