Ambitious Restaurant General Manager sought to spearhead the success of a busy bar and restaurant in Co. Kerry.
As a seasoned hospitality professional, you'll be responsible for leading a team of dedicated staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives and marketing efforts, and foster customer loyalty.
You will oversee operational efficiency, from budgeting to resource allocation, ensuring cost control and top-tier service; Foster efficient working relationships with senior leadership to execute business strategies and exceed performance targets and to ensure excellence in service standards, food quality, and safety regulations.
Requirements:
* 3 Years of experience in a fast-paced food & beverage environment with a strong work ethic
* Excellent Communication, Leadership, Customer Service, Organisation and Time Management Skills
* Proven track record in driving profitability while delivering exceptional guest experiences
* Operational expertise in managing high-volume environments, with a focus on efficiency and innovation
* A passion for team development and mentorship
* Ability to manage and work within a team as well as on your own initiative
* Flexibility to work 5 days per week, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
* Computer Literate
