The Biologics Manufacturing Lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient execution of production and associated GMP activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure batch production activities under cGMP compliance
* Independently coordinate project execution, leading operations to accomplish production on schedule
* EudraLex GMP and applicable cGMP guidelines adherence
This position requires excellent communication skills to regularly update management on process status, personnel safety, environment maintenance, and other critical issues. The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring team members, maintaining a safe working environment in the cGMP facility. Additionally, they will collaborate with QA teams for quality control implementation.
