Residential Service Manager Job Opportunity
The role of Residential Service Manager is a critical position within our organization, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of residential services supporting children and young adults. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care that meets regulatory standards.
Job Description:
* Manage two residential services, providing leadership and direction to ensure the effective operation of these facilities.
* Act as a designated Person in Charge, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and legislation.
* Collaborate with the Head of Operations to develop and implement strategies that enhance the quality and efficiency of services provided.
* Monitor and review service effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Level 7 or 8 in Social Care or equivalent qualification.
* Management qualification in Health/Social Care or currently undertaking this qualification.
* 3 years' experience in supervisory or management roles, preferably in social care.
* Valid car driver's license.
