We are currently recruiting a Weekend Shift Production Manager for their state-of-the-art facility in County Cavan. In this role, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of your assigned shift. You will lead and motivate your team to meet performance targets, ensuring production runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. A customer-focused, cost-conscious, and results-driven leader, you will champion lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across your department.
