We are looking for a friendly, patient, and solution-oriented
Customer Support Representative
to join our fully remote team in
Ireland
. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our customers, helping them navigate our products and ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally
* Troubleshoot product or service issues and provide clear guidance
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
* Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams
* Provide feedback on recurring issues to improve customer experience
* Assist in creating knowledge base articles, FAQs, and internal documentation
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer needs
Requirements
* 1–3 years of experience in customer service, support, or related roles
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a remote environment
* Proficiency with CRM or support platforms (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus
* Positive, empathetic, and customer-first mindset
* Must be based in
Ireland
