Lead Social Care Professional
We are seeking a skilled Lead Social Care professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working within young person residential services and possess the necessary qualifications.
* A valid driving license is required for this role.
1. The successful candidate must hold a minimum of 4 years of experience in social care management, preferably with an Level 7 qualification (degree) in Social Care or a relevant field, accompanied by a relevant management qualification. Alternatively, they should possess a Minimum level 8 in Social Care qualification.
