Job Title: Domestic Assistant
The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Domestic Assistant. This role is essential in providing excellent care and support to our residents.
The successful candidate will work closely with the care teams and residents, building trusting relationships to create a comfortable environment where our residents feel safe and cared for.
Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure the expected cleanliness and hygiene standards are achieved throughout the home.
* Cover domestic duties as assigned.
* Identify and report any damage, faults or other issues to maintenance or management.
* Adhere to the cleaning and auditing schedule.
* Use and store cleaning products in accordance to COSHH regulations.
* Undertake any other duties that may be reasonably required as designated by the Home Manager or Housekeeper.
