Our client operates across 12 residential communities and 4-day services nationwide, offering unique, person-centred care that transforms lives.
We are seeking experienced, enthusiastic, and passionate professionals to join a dedicated team supporting adults towards independent living and community integration.
Requirements:
Hold a
minimum
of
Level 7 on the QQI Framework
– BA in Social Care Studies or an equivalent qualification in Health or Social Care.
Have 1 year's experience working with vulnerable adults or adults with intellectual disabilities.
Experience working with challenging behaviours.
Strong knowledge of legislation protecting vulnerable adults.
Applicants must hold a
full, clean manual driver's license
and have the
availability of own car
.
An understanding of current policy and developments at national and sectoral levels in relation to Social Care within disability services.
An ability to follow, evaluate, and contribute to the development of plans and methods to meet the ongoing needs of individuals supported.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Proficient IT skills relevant to the role, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
