Our client operates across 12 residential communities and 4-day services nationwide, offering unique, person-centred care that transforms lives. We are seeking experienced, enthusiastic, and passionate professionals to join a dedicated team supporting adults towards independent living and community integration.
Requirements:
* Hold a minimum of Level 7 on the QQI Framework – BA in Social Care Studies or an equivalent qualification in Health or Social Care.
* Have 1 year's experience working with vulnerable adults or adults with intellectual disabilities.
* Experience working with challenging behaviours.
* Strong knowledge of legislation protecting vulnerable adults.
* Applicants must hold a full, clean manual driver's license and have the availability of own car.
* An understanding of current policy and developments at national and sectoral levels in relation to Social Care within disability services.
* An ability to follow, evaluate, and contribute to the development of plans and methods to meet the ongoing needs of individuals supported.
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
* Proficient IT skills relevant to the role, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
