Insurance Claims Specialist
Manage the entire process of commercial insurance claims from start to finish.
* Ensure all claim records are accurate and up-to-date, reviewing policies, medical records, and other relevant documentation as necessary.
* Maintain open communication with underwriters, clients, and other stakeholders to gather all required information in a timely manner.
* Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the progress of their claims.
* Collaborate closely with account directors to deliver exceptional client service.
* Work collaboratively with your team to meet client needs while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
* Stay current with changes in industry regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
* Hold an APA qualification - this is essential for the role.
* Have some experience in claims handling - this is also essential.
* Commercial insurance experience is desirable.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are crucial.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities are vital.
* A team player who can provide top-notch client service is required.
* Demonstrates good technical knowledge of commercial insurance claims.
