Job description: The Opportunity The Business Sales Executive Pharma is responsible for driving sales growth and managing key accounts across Dublin and the Greater Dublin region.
The role focuses on the promotion and development of the pharmaceutical portfolio within hospital and clinical settings, building strong relationships with key opinion leaders and senior stakeholders, and identifying new commercial opportunities.
Through effective territory management, regular customer engagement, and performance reporting, the role contributes directly to achieving business objectives while representing the organisation at conferences and clinical meetings.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities: The purpose of the role is to providesales and key account management of Dublin and greater Dublin Region.
The principal duties and responsibilities for this position would involve but are not limited to the following: Territory Management of Pharma portfolio for designated territory Growing Pharma business in designated territory in line with budget parameters Conducting personal sales calls and management of all customers within territory including Haematologists, Neurologists Oncologists, Rheumatologistss, Chief Pharmacists and Key Procurement Pharmacists/Technicians Building relationships with KOLs in territory Attendance at key conferences, and clinical meetings Provision of weekly and monthly reports on territory and product performance Experience & profile: Proven Sales/Field Management experience in the Hospital Pharmaceutical market A Business or Scientific qualification with an in depth understanding of the Hospital Pharmaceutical market would be an advantage Strong motivational and communication skills Proven sales results that reflect ability to influence KOLs A full clean drivers license A good market awareness and an ability to identify opportunities for business development A dynamic and self-motivated personality with a drive and enthusiasm to succeed Outstanding communication skills with the ability to work autonomously The ability to close out opportunities and develop them into short and long term achievements The ability to establish and maintain high quality partnerships with stakeholders Other Information: The role will preferably be based in Dublin Full time, permanent contract The role will require flexibility in terms of working hours Travel will be involved both nationally and internationally, as required Remuneration package is available commensurate with experience (including bonus, company car, laptop, mobile phone, etc).
