What You'll Do
Orchestrate the
end-to-end onboarding process
for new pharmacy customers, ensuring each one is set up for success from day one
Set up new customers across our internal platforms and gather required details from suppliers to keep timelines on track
Conduct
site surveys
to assess hardware needs and ensure smooth system installation
Deliver engaging
training sessions and demonstrations
for pharmacy owners and teams, both onsite and remotely
Test new software features before rollout and perform essential
data validation
for accuracy
Provide early-stage support and aftercare to newly onboarded pharmacies, ensuring they feel confident and supported throughout their transition
Who You Are
Has experience working in a pharmacy environment and understands systems such as EPOS or dispensary software
Is highly organised, able to juggle multiple onboarding tasks with ease
Communicates clearly and confidently with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
Is comfortable delivering training and demos — whether in person or via remote tools
Has excellent attention to detail, especially around system setup and data accuracy
You enjoy variety, thrive on structure, and take pride in helping customers get the very best from their technology.
