Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with channel partners, contractors, project managers, and business owners
* Deliver professional presentations
* Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation through to close
* Grow and optimise existing customer accounts, identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
* Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Minimum 3+ years' proven experience in solution-based field sales
* Background in industrial automation, process control, pneumatics, or electrical controls & automation
* A technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering
* Strong track record of winning new business and developing long-term customer relationships
* Excellent presentation, communication, and organisational skills
* A proactive, customer-focused mindset with the ability to take ownership
* Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite
* Full clean driving licence
