Overview
Stewarts Care is a long-established voluntary organisation, funded by the HSE under Section 38.
We support people with intellectual disabilities through residential care, day services, independent living, job advocacy, and vocational training.
Purpose of the Post
Reporting to Head of People & Culture, the Senior HR Business Partner will on a permanent contract play a key role in the delivery of strategic HR services across Stewarts Care, aligning HR initiatives with organisational objectives.
The role will focus on supporting the organisation's strategic goals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services that directly impact the lives of the people we support.
Experience and Qualifications
Minimum Level 9 Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
5+ years of experience in a HR role, with at least 2 years in a HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.
Proven experience working in healthcare or disability services is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret HR data and use insights to support decision-making.
Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Salary and qualifications are in line with the Department of Health consolidated pay scales.
The current salary scale is Grade VII, €60,013 – €78,015 per annum (including LSI).
