Job Title: Piping Supervisor
The Piping Supervisor will oversee all piping installation activities at the construction site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, quality standards, and schedule requirements.
* Supervise daily piping construction activities including fabrication, installation, hydrotesting, and flushing.
* Interpret piping isometric drawings, P&IDs, and material specifications.
* Ensure work is performed according to design, specifications, and project standards.
* Monitor and verify contractor and subcontractor work quality and progress.
* Coordinate with QA/QC, HSE, Planning, and Engineering departments.
* Ensure proper handling and storage of piping materials and equipment.
* Manage and track manpower, tools, and materials on site.
* Conduct and participate in daily toolbox talks and safety meetings.
* Prepare and submit daily progress reports, inspection requests, and site instructions.
* Ensure compliance with all HSE regulations and promote a strong safety culture.
* Resolve technical or site-related issues in coordination with engineering or project team.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will possess a Third level qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. A minimum of 7+ years of experience in piping construction, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of piping systems, welding techniques, and construction standards, as well as familiarity with isometrics, P&IDs, and piping material specifications.
