This is a field-based role where no two days are the same - one day you might be advising a construction firm on risk assessments, the next you could be guiding a professional services client through an HSE visit.Day to DayConduct on-site Health & Safety visits and audits, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and SLAs.
Provide expert advice and tailored recommendations to clients on Health & Safety best practices.
Support clients with accident investigations, enforcement authority liaison, and crisis management where needed.
Produce high-quality reports, documentation, and management updates.
Deliver training, guidance, and practical implementation support for Health & Safety management systems.
Maintain up-to-date professional knowledge through continuous development and training.RequirementsStrong Health & Safety experience, ideally across multiple industries.
CMIOSH, Grad IOSH or Cert IOSH status (or working towards it).
Excellent relationship-building and client engagement skills.
The ability to translate legislation into practical, actionable advice.
