MCF handles warehousing, inventory management, invoicing, logistics, payment processing, and returns, leveraging Amazon's extensive capabilities to provide a top-tier fulfillment experience for third-party sellers.
The IN MCF-Business team seeks a Program Manager to enhance Seller experience and support mechanisms post-launch, such as reimbursement and inventory management.
Responsibilities include developing new mechanisms to improve fulfillment technologies, defining best-in-class Seller experiences, managing SOPs, and driving programmatic enhancements to improve delivery performance.
The role involves defining project goals, leading cross-functional initiatives, designing processes, and establishing operational mechanisms including reviews across business verticals.
Collaboration will be with account managers, product managers, and external partners in FBA & MCF.
The ideal candidate will work independently, quickly grasp process pain points, and influence partners at all levels.
Strong analytical skills, relationship-building, and project management expertise are essential.
Key responsibilities:Support key MCF customers to ensure retention and growth.Develop and execute post-launch support strategies to optimize seller performance.Create and implement SOPs for reimbursement processes.Partner with Seller support to resolve seller queries promptly.Coordinate with operations to improve delivery speed and success rates.Optimize inventory management to increase selection and improve scheduling.Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on feedback and data.Minimum requirements include:
