We are seeking an experienced Packaging Engineer to join our team in a leading pharmaceutical facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing equipment spare parts management systems, collaborating with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance tasks, and reviewing current PM tasks and schedules to identify and implement changes to improve equipment up time.

Key Responsibilities:
">
* Develop Equipment Spare Parts Management System in collaboration with Maintenance Team
* Source and Identify Equipment Spare Parts with Appropriate Equipment Vendors
* Collaborate with Vendors and Contractors for Specialized Maintenance Tasks
* Review Current PM Tasks and Schedules in Line with Equipment Downtime Trends to Identify and Implement Changes to Improve Equipment Up Time
* Implement and Manage Preventative Maintenance Programs to Minimize Downtime and Extend the Lifespan of Equipment
* Complete Site Change Management Activities for the Modification of Equipment
* Support Cross-Functional In-House and External Project Teams
* Ensure a Strong Safety Culture and Performance in the Execution of Activities
Qualifications and Experience:

* Degree in a Relevant Science/Engineering Discipline
* Experience in Technical Role
* Experience in Packaging Equipment an Advantage
* Data Analytics Experience in Working in Cross-Functional Teams and in a GMP Manufacturing Environment
* Understanding of Environmental Health and Safety Requirements of the Pharmaceutical Industry
* Strong Understanding of the Principles of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
* Engineering Experience within a Pharmaceutical Environment
