Role Overview

The Supply Chain – Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and delivery of goods within the supply chain. This position supports daily operations by coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and working closely with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities


• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring proper scheduling and on-time delivery.


• Communicate with suppliers, transportation providers, and warehouse teams to monitor order status.


• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and delivery records.


• Track inventory levels, report discrepancies, and assist with stock audits or cycle counts.


• Support purchasing and procurement teams with order updates, delivery confirmations, and vendor follow-ups.


• Identify delays or operational issues and help resolve logistics challenges to maintain efficient workflows.


• Update logistics or ERP systems with accurate shipment and inventory data.


• Assist with planning delivery routes, optimizing transportation costs, and improving overall efficiency.


• Respond to inquiries regarding delivery status, shipping requirements, or logistics concerns.


• Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications and Requirements


• Educational background in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or a related field is preferred.


• Experience in logistics coordination, warehouse operations, or supply chain support is beneficial.


• Understanding of inventory management, shipping processes, and order fulfillment workflows.


• Proficiency with spreadsheet tools and familiarity with logistics or ERP software is an advantage.


• Strong communication skills for coordinating with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.


• Excellent organizational abilities and strong attention to detail, especially when managing documents and tracking data.


• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively in fast-paced environments.


• Problem-solving mindset to address delivery delays, inventory issues, or transportation challenges.
