What You'll Do
* Run outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email, and calls
* Research and identify high-potential prospects in target markets.
* Build and maintain a structured lead pipeline in our CRM.
* Craft personalized outreach messages and follow-up sequences.
* Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Growth & Sales team.
* Collaborate with Marketing on messaging and outreach strategies.
* Track outreach performance and keep CRM data clean and updated.
* Assist in creating and optimizing outreach templates and workflows.
What We're Looking For
*1–2 years* of experience in Sales Outreach, Lead Generation, or SDR/BDR roles.
* Strong written & verbal communication skills.
* Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
* Understanding of B2B outreach funnels and ICP targeting.
* Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot/Zoho/Pipedrive/Salesforce).
* Research-driven mindset with attention to detail.
* Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team.
Bonus Points If You Have
* Experience with tools like Apollo, Lemlist,, or similar.
* Exposure to SaaS or tech sales environments.
* Ability to analyze outreach metrics and recommend improvements.
* Creativity in writing personalized outreach messages.
