ABOUT THE JOB:
This is a newly created role due to the ongoing growth and development of the global business.
As part of the finance team you will have responsibility for tax compliance, reporting and treasury management.
You will work closely with the CFO and Financial Controller to provide assurance that the tax policies and procedures are as required to ensure compliance with tax legislation and the company tax framework. You will have responsibility for optimising the company treasury requirements and management of banking and loan facilities.
You will work closely with key stakeholders in all areas of the business. The role would suit a person who has experience in a similar fast-moving environment.
Your tasks will include:
* Tax compliance for all entities (Ireland and UK).
* Providing tax technical advice, as the business evolves.
* Developing and maintaining a strong tax controls and processes.
* Providing VAT advice on products/services.
* Managing current and deferred tax provisions.
* Transfer pricing reporting requirements.
* Preparation of various tax returns and tax computations.
* Completion of statistically reporting requirement to Irish Revenue and HMRC.
* Cashflow management and Risk Mitigation.
* Cashflow forecasting.
* Loan facility management and Bank covenant reporting.
* Supporting the financial reporting team, as required.
Skills and Experience:
* Qualified CTA and Ideally ACA or ACCA
* Ideally with a minimum of 4-5 years' experience in a tax focused role
* Ability to work to corporate reporting deadlines.
* Practice trained and post qualified background.
* High Proficiency in Excel and financial modelling.
* Experience with SAP highly desirable.
* Excellent reporting skills.
* Effective communicator / good listener.
This is a full time permanent position with 5 days/week in the office and parking available located in Swords, North County Dublin.
