About the Role
We are currently hiring skilled and experienced Vehicle Body Repairers, Spray Painters, and Panel Beaters to join our growing team across Ireland. We seek candidates with a strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. We are looking for applicants with a passion for delivering excellence as we work with leading vehicle manufacturers, insurance companies, and private clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Remove, repair, or replace damaged body panels and structural components.
* Realign vehicle frames and chassis using specialist equipment.
* Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.
* Mix and apply paint using spray guns, ensuring an accurate colour match and high-quality finish.
* Polish and finish painted surfaces to restore vehicles to manufacturer or customer standards.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including spray booths and repair bays.
* Follow all health and safety regulations and company procedures.
* Collaborate with other technicians, estimators, and team members to ensure timely job completion.
* Maintain accurate records of repairs, materials used, and time spent.
* Participate in regular training to keep up with the latest repair technologies and methods.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in a similar role (minimum 2 years preferred).
* Relevant qualifications or certifications.
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Full eligibility to work in Ireland.

Pay: From €30,000.00 per year

* Sligo, CO. Sligo: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
