Job Description:
As a Merchandising Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the in-store visibility of FMCG products. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our retail partners' shelves are fully stocked and merchandised to meet customer expectations.
You will work closely with our field supervisors, store managers, and sales representatives to achieve this goal. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work independently will enable you to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
Key aspects of your job include:
* Maintaining high standards of product display and ensuring maximum visibility
* Auditing stores and completing accurate reports on stock levels and merchandising performance
* Carrying out daily stock rotation and ordering stock as needed (may involve some heavy lifting)
* Optimizing stock replenishment in display units and sections
Minimum Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in merchandising or a related retail environment
* Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English (verbal)
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
