We are currently seeking to recruit a Mechanical Surveyor to join our client on a life science project in Kerry. The team are looking for an Mechanical Surveyor with at least three to four year's experience, and experience in HVAC, Piping and Sprinkler Systems.

Responsibilities
8. Competency in Mechanical Piping, HVAC and Sprinkler systems remeasure activities.
9. Evaluating and agreeing project scope variations with both contractor & client
10. Compiling & agreeing final accounts with both contractor & client
11. Reporting into the Project Commercial Manager Monthly
Requirements
12. Experience as a Mechanical Surveyor in build projects on large Pharmaceutical projects or semi conductor
13. A relevant 3rd level qualification
14. Building Services (Technical or Commercial) background favourable but not essential
15. Capabilities around Microsoft Excel, Word
16. Good communication skills
